Question 1

What is the HPL247 platform?

Accepted Answer

HPL247 is a B2B digital platform for the forklift and industrial equipment industry in Vietnam, connecting business customers with forklift suppliers, spare parts vendors, and repair technicians. You can buy, sell, or rent forklifts, order spare parts, and manage your entire fleet and maintenance history in one system.

Question 2

How do I buy a new forklift on HPL247?

Accepted Answer

Go to "Buy New Forklift", filter by brand, load capacity, and fuel type, then submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) directly to the supplier. You will receive a detailed quotation within 24-48 hours to compare before deciding.

Question 3

Are used forklifts on HPL247 quality-inspected?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every used forklift listing requires the supplier to disclose actual condition, operating hours, and detailed photos. The HPL247 team verifies supplier profiles before a listing is approved for public display.

Question 4

Can I rent a forklift short-term on a monthly basis?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The "Rental Forklift" section lets you choose a rental term by day, month, or per project. Rental rates and handover terms are confirmed by the supplier in the quotation before signing the rental agreement.

Question 5

How does the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process work?

Accepted Answer

You create an RFQ with the product you need, quantity, expected budget, and deadline. The system routes the RFQ to matching suppliers, who respond with detailed quotations for you to compare and choose the best offer.

Question 6

How long does it take to receive a quotation after submitting an RFQ?

Accepted Answer

Most suppliers respond with a quotation within 24-48 business hours. You can track the RFQ status (Draft / Sent / Closed) and the number of quotations received directly on your "RFQ" page.

Question 7

Can I search for spare parts by a specific forklift brand?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The "Spare Parts" page lets you filter by brand, forklift model, and compatible part number, helping you find the exact replacement part without calling multiple suppliers to confirm.

Question 8

How do I schedule a forklift repair or maintenance visit?

Accepted Answer

Go to "Services", select the forklift that needs attention from your fleet, describe the issue and priority level, then submit the request. The system creates a service ticket and assigns a suitable technician near your location.

Question 9

How can I track the progress of a service ticket?

Accepted Answer

Each service ticket has a real-time status: Submitted, Assigned, In Progress, Waiting Quote, Repairing, Completed. You receive a notification whenever the status changes and can view the technician's report and attached photos.

Question 10

How is repair cost calculated?

Accepted Answer

After the technician inspects the equipment, the system generates a repair quotation covering labor and any replacement parts. You must approve the quotation before the technician proceeds with the repair.

Question 11

Are forklifts and spare parts purchased through HPL247 covered by warranty?

Accepted Answer

Warranty policy is set by each individual supplier and stated clearly in the quotation/contract before the transaction. HPL247 keeps transaction and service-ticket history to help you reference details when filing a warranty claim.

Question 12

Can I manage multiple forklifts at once on the system?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The "Fleet" section lets you record every company forklift with chassis number, manufacturer, year of use, and maintenance history, helping you track each vehicle's condition and plan periodic maintenance.

Question 13

How do I become a supplier on HPL247?

Accepted Answer

Register a supplier account and provide your business information and business license for the HPL247 team to verify. Once approved, you can list forklifts for sale/rent, list spare parts, and receive quotation requests from customers.

Question 14

How do I become a partner technician on HPL247?

Accepted Answer

Register a technician profile with your professional skills and service area. Once verified, you will receive service tickets assigned based on your expertise and location.

Question 15

How do I register a business account on HPL247?

Accepted Answer

Click "Register" on the homepage, choose the appropriate account type (customer, supplier, technician), fill in your business details, and verify your email. Customer accounts can be used immediately to submit RFQs and book services.

Question 16

What payment methods does HPL247 support?

Question 19

Is my business information kept secure on HPL247?

Accepted Answer

Question 20

Which regions in Vietnam does HPL247 serve?

Accepted Answer

HPL247 connects suppliers and technicians nationwide. When you submit an RFQ or book a service, the system prioritizes matching you with suppliers/technicians near your operating area to shorten delivery and response time.

Question 21

Does HPL247 guarantee I'll get customers?

Accepted Answer

HPL247 is a B2B e-commerce platform specializing in forklifts, connecting suppliers, dealers, rental providers, parts suppliers and technical service providers with customers nationwide. By joining HPL247, you get the opportunity to showcase your products and services and receive enquiries from customers through the platform. However, HPL247 does not guarantee any specific number of customers, orders, or revenue. Results depend on market demand, your products, pricing, and how quickly you respond to enquiries. HPL247 aims to provide an additional channel for you to reach potential customers and evaluate the results for yourself.

Question 22

Is it free to register as a partner on HPL247?

Accepted Answer

Registering a supplier account on HPL247 is currently completely free — you only need to create an account, with no cost at the registration step. HPL247 does not charge any percentage-based transaction fee on orders between buyers and sellers, since the platform does not process payments — payment takes place directly between you and your customer. In the future, HPL247 may introduce optional premium services (featured listings, advertising, etc.). You will be notified in advance of the benefits and pricing before any paid plan is introduced.

Question 23

I don't know how to list a product on HPL247 — what do I do?

Accepted Answer

Please follow these steps: 1. Go to hpl247.com → click "Register" → choose the "Business/Supplier" account type → fill in your company information. You can log in right after registering, no approval wait needed. 2. Go to "My Products" in your account → click "Add Product". 3. Fill in the details: product type (new/used/rental forklift, or spare part), title, brand, model, specifications, description, images, and price (optional). 4. Click "Save" — your listing is immediately sent into the review queue. 5. HPL247 staff review the content; once approved, the listing appears publicly on the marketplace.

Question 24

Can I list a product without showing its price?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The "Price" field when creating a listing is optional — you can leave it blank. If left blank, the public product page automatically displays "Price on Request" instead of a fixed number. Interested customers can send a quote request directly through the system, and you decide the price when discussing directly with each customer. This option suits forklifts, parts or technical services where price depends on equipment condition, configuration, or the customer's specific requirements.

Question 25

I posted a product but it's not showing publicly — why?

Accepted Answer

New listings always start in "Pending Review" status so our team can check the content before it goes public. You can check your listing's status (Pending Review / Approved / Rejected / Hidden) anytime under "My Products". If a listing shows "Rejected", it's usually because the content, images, or details didn't meet review requirements — you can edit it and it will automatically be resubmitted for review. If a listing shows "Approved" but still isn't visible publicly, please contact HPL247 support so we can check it for you.

Question 26

How do I edit my product listing or account information?

Accepted Answer

There are two cases: • Editing a product listing (price, description, images, specs...): go to "My Products" → click "Edit" on the listing. Note: after editing, the listing automatically returns to "Pending Review" status, just like when it was first created. • Editing your company profile (company name, tax code, phone, email, description, operating region): go to "Profile" in your account → update directly, changes apply immediately with no review needed. If you need to change your login details (email/password) or have lost access to your account, please use "Forgot Password" or contact HPL247 support.

Question 27

After I list a product, who handles consulting and closing the sale with the customer?

Accepted Answer

HPL247 helps publish your listings and connect buyers with suppliers. Under the current process, you (the supplier) directly receive enquiries, provide consultation, quote prices, and work with the customer. HPL247 does not close deals on your behalf and does not guarantee that a transaction will occur. Payment and delivery also happen directly between the two parties — HPL247 does not hold, collect, or disburse funds, so money goes straight to you, never through an HPL247 account.

Question 28

I no longer want to be part of HPL247 — what should I do?

Accepted Answer

HPL247 respects your decision. To stop participating, please contact HPL247 support so we can record your request and update your account/listing status accordingly. If you no longer wish to receive consultation or partnership invitations, HPL247 will record and respect your request not to be contacted further, within the applicable scope. Thank you for your interest in HPL247. We wish you continued success in your business!
