Payment Policy

For transactions made on HPL247 (the buyer accepts a quotation or confirms an order), the buyer pays HPL247. HPL247 holds the money, reconciles and transfers it to the seller as set out below.

1. Payment method

• Bank transfer to HPL247's account (cards and e-wallets are not yet supported).
• Account name: Công ty Cổ phần HPL247
• Account number: 4300891121
• Bank: Techcombank – Da Thanh Branch
• Transfer content: the exact payment code in the form "HPLxxxxxxxx" shown in your transaction. A wrong or missing code may delay confirmation.

Transfer only to the account published on hpl247.com or in the HPL247 app. HPL247 never asks you to transfer to a personal account. If you receive any other request, call 0766 600 138 before transferring.

2. Payment confirmation

• HPL247 checks the bank statement and confirms within [1] business day of receiving the money; the payment status is updated in your account.
• You may pay once or in instalments until the full transaction value is reached. HPL247 will contact you about any shortfall or overpayment.

3. Holding money and paying the seller

• After receiving the money, HPL247 holds the payment until the transaction is completed (goods delivered or service performed) and [the complaint/return period has ended].
• HPL247 reconciles and transfers the money to an account in the seller's name [per transaction / weekly / monthly], after deducting the platform fee and any amounts required by law.
• A payment that is the subject of a complaint may be held until it is resolved.

4. Refunds

If a transaction is cancelled, or a return or complaint is accepted, HPL247 refunds the buyer by bank transfer to the paying account within [7] business days of the refund decision. See the Return and Refund Policy.

5. Invoices

Sellers issue invoices for goods and services to buyers as required. HPL247 issues invoices for the platform service fee charged to sellers. Buyers who need a VAT invoice should request it when paying, with company details.
