Rights and Obligations of the Parties

1. HPL247 (platform operator)

Provides the platform and tools for listing, quotations, ordering and tracking transactions.
Verifies sellers' identity and profile before they may sell; reviews listings before display; removes or rejects violating listings.
Receives buyers' payments into HPL247's account, holds the money as set out in the Payment Policy, reconciles and transfers it to the seller after deducting the platform fee and any amounts required by law.
Receives and handles feedback and complaints; protects personal data; retains listing information for at least 1 year and contract data for at least 3 years.
Suspends or terminates violating accounts and provides information to competent authorities on request.
HPL247 is not the seller of goods or services posted by sellers unless stated on the listing.

2. Sellers / suppliers / service partners

Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information; receive money only into a bank account in their own name.
Post truthful listings that match the actual goods or services (brand, model, capacity, condition, year, price, photos) and are responsible for origin, ownership and quality.
Deliver, provide warranty, accept returns and refunds under the platform policies and the listing commitments; issue invoices to buyers as required by law.
Remain responsible for their own tax and financial obligations; accept that HPL247 deducts the platform fee and tax (where applicable) before paying out.
Respond promptly to quotation requests and complaints; do not move transactions off-platform to avoid obligations arising from a transaction made on the platform.

3. Buyers

Provide accurate information; review the listing, quotation and transaction terms before confirming.
Pay the correct amount to the correct account with the transfer content published by HPL247; inspect goods upon receipt and report discrepancies immediately.
Are protected by the platform's return, refund and complaint policies and by consumer protection and e-commerce law.
