Pricing Policy

Because of the nature of forklifts and industrial equipment (type, capacity, condition, quantity, delivery location), prices are not fixed across all products. Prices are determined in one of the following ways:

1. Listed price: set by the seller, who is responsible for it. It may change with time and the actual condition of the goods. A listing marked "Contact" means the price is provided through a quotation.
2. Request for quotation (RFQ): the buyer sends a request and the seller sends a specific quotation. The price in a quotation is valid for the period stated on it.

The final price is the price when the buyer accepts the quotation or confirms the order on the platform, as recorded in the transaction. Prices are shown in Vietnamese dong; listings state whether the price includes VAT, transport and installation where that information is provided.

Platform fee

• HPL247 charges sellers a platform service fee of [X]% of the value of completed transactions (or according to the fee schedule/contract for each partner group). The fee is deducted at reconciliation and payout.
• [Buyers pay no platform fee on top of the confirmed price.]
• Registering an account and viewing information on the platform is free for buyers.

The platform does not operate loyalty points that can be exchanged for cash.
