Delivery and Installation Policy
Delivery and Installation Policy on the HPL247 platform.
Delivery and Installation Policy
Forklifts and industrial equipment are large and heavy, may need specialised transport and on-site technical handover, so no fixed delivery period applies as it would for consumer goods.
- Who delivers: the seller (or a carrier appointed by the seller) is responsible for delivery unless otherwise agreed in the quotation.
- Time, place, cost: stated in the quotation or order confirmation, including transport, lifting, installation and operating instructions (if any).
- Handover: both parties sign a handover record stating the condition of the goods, chassis/engine numbers, accessories and operating hours (for used units). The buyer inspects the goods on receipt.
- Risk: the seller bears the risk of damage or loss until handover under the record.
- Tracking: the transaction status (processing, shipped, delivered, completed) is updated on the platform. The transaction is treated as completed once delivery is confirmed.
- Late delivery: contact HPL247 for help; if the seller does not deliver as committed, the buyer may cancel and be refunded under the refund policy.
