Conditions and Restrictions on Goods and Services

1. Scope

• Area: all of Vietnam. Specific delivery arrangements are agreed between seller and buyer.
• Goods and services: new and used forklifts, forklift rental, spare parts and accessories, repair, maintenance, inspection and technical consulting services.

2. Conditions for sellers

• A lawful organization, business household or individual business whose profile and identity have been verified by HPL247.
• Holds a bank account in their own name to receive money and signs the electronic contract with HPL247.
• Goods and services must be lawful, of clear origin and as described; listings are reviewed by HPL247 before display.

3. Notes on used forklifts

• Listings state the inspection status (inspected, being inspected, not inspected). Units that are not inspected should be checked by the buyer before being put into use.
• Equipment subject to strict occupational-safety requirements must be inspected as required by law before operation; sellers and users are responsible for compliance.

4. Prohibited goods and services

Goods or services prohibited or restricted by law, counterfeit goods, goods infringing intellectual property, goods of unclear origin and misleading information may not be listed. HPL247 may refuse or remove listings and suspend violating accounts.
